Child & Youth Case Manager

Location: Waldo/Knox County, Mental Health Center

Position: Full-time

Program Description: Child & Youth Case Management provides services to families with children birth through age five who are at risk of developmental delay and for families with children and adolescents birth through age twenty who have a mental health diagnosis or Mental Retardation, Autism, or PDD-NOS.

Responsibilities Include: conducting assessments, developing individual support plans, coordination of teams and supporting access to other services and resources.

Qualifications: Must be willing to travel and be flexible with hours to meet family needs. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Professional level experience with children/adolescents with special needs is required.

Salary Range: Competitive hourly wage and benefit package


Home-based Specialist

Location: Waldo and Knox Counties


Position: Part-time position with hours primarily late afternoon, early evening and weekends. Possibility of increased hours during school vacations.


Job Summary: Provide in-home/community supports for children/adolescents who have a diagnosis of autism and/or developmental delay


Qualifications:
High school diploma required and experience working with children/ adolescents with special needs; B.A. degree in childhood development or related field preferred. Requires Maine driver's license, clean driving record and background check.


Salary Range: Competitive hourly wage

Substitute Teacher for Early Childhood Classrooms


Location: Belfast, Searsport, Swanville and Unity


Classrooms: Early Childhood Inclusive Program, Four Year Old Program
Part-time hourly position


Job Summary: Assist the classroom staff in delivering early childhood programming


Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and background check


Salary Range: competitive hourly wage
